Welcome to Storey County Emergency Management. Our primary function is to provide the planning and coordination of response, recovery, and mitigation of natural and man-made disasters occurring within Storey County.
The work of Emergency Management is a cooperative effort among all aspects, departments, and divisions of county government. Departments working together to mitigate any actual or potential disaster or event include:
