The statement of qualifications must be a single PDF, with a maximum of twenty (20) pages, 8.5”x11”, with minimum 11pt font. Statements must be received in the Quest website no later than Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time. Statements received after this date and time will not be accepted. It is acknowledged that certain aspects of this project remain preliminary at the time of this publication and may be further defined during the programming phase. Interested firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications based solely on the information currently available in this solicitation. All respondents are advised that project requirements, scope, and related details are subject to modification at the sole discretion of the Owner, and the Owner assumes no obligation to update or supplement this information prior to or following submittal.
