Welcome to the Storey County Assessor’s Office. Our office performs a variety of services on behalf of Storey County businesses and residents. The Assessor’s Office is responsible for compliance with all state laws and regulations of the Nevada Tax Commission.

The Storey County Assessor's Office is open to the public at this time.


We have installed a drop box near our office door, and encourage you to 
utilize this to submit any completed forms, applications, and other documents.


If you require assistance from our staff, please visit our office 
and check in with us. You may be asked to have a seat on the bench 
at the end of the hallway if others are in the office, 
and wait until they have exited before entering to conduct business.


These are precautionary measures in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic 
in order to protect the health and safety of persons and property.

Please feel free to call ahead if you are planning a visit to our office.

Property records, sales data, parcel maps, commonly used forms, and more 
are all available on this site. Please contact our office directly for assistance if you are unable to find the information that you need. Our staff is available to provide records and data to you electronically or via mail, as well.

At this time, we are open for in-office records research by appointment only.
