Walk-in Flu Vaccine Clinics

Our 2025 Storey County Walk-In Flu Vaccine Clinics—hosted in partnership with Nevada Health Centers and Quad-County Public Health Preparedness—are now complete.

Influenza (flu) immunizations were available for individuals six months and older, and pneumococcal vaccines for those 65 and older or in a high-risk category. Clinics accepted Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. For those without coverage, the cost was $19 for individuals six months to 64 years old, and $60 for those 65 and older for the high-dose vaccine. High-dose immunizations are used for those 65 and older in accordance with national immunization standards for a stronger immune response.
